Mr. Abhimanyu started his travel agency in 2017 in the cold winter mornings of February. Starting a travel agency was a very impromptu idea. He was waiting for someone at the airport when the idea came to him. At the time, he also had a Tata Motors dealership, and along with that, he was the owner of two luxurious resorts in Delhi. Having travelled to many countries, the idea was quite easy for Abhimanyu to execute properly.

Mr. Abhimanyu is from a business family where they run many sorts of businesses. From the travel trade, hotel industry, hospitality, and real estate business, they are running every possible business. They are also the owners of filling stations. Mr. Abhimanyu’s motivation to move forward is that he wants to capture and expand in every industry.

The expertise of white-collar tour and travel companies is in Dubai, Singapore, Thailand, Sri Lanka, and a few CIS (commonwealth independent states) countries. However, their expertise lies only in Dubai, Thailand, and Visa. They are also in the B2B industry.

The challenges they faced during their initial phases were many. It took them nine months to start investing in countries. Eventually, they created a website for their business. The COVID situation was quite challenging for them. However, many people were still travelling, which helped them stay afloat. As Mr. Abhimayu has invested in many countries as well, it helped them to keep going even during such rough times.

After beating the pandemic, they said that their Dubai and Singapore products are their best sellers. They have also started their B2B visa in 2022, and the rate of their visa approval is crazy at 90%. This high approval rate makes them one of the best in the industry. Now their plan is to promote their website and grow more.

They came to know about Traviyo through Mr. Amar, the founder of Traviyo. They hit it off in their first meeting and started discussing the business. Traviyo created a website for them, and now White Volar Tours and Travels is availing of other services from Traviyo as well. They are getting customer relationship management software from them, and their website was designed by Traviyo’s team only. On asking about their experience with Traviyo, Mr. Abhimanyu said that their relationship has been good. The robust development of travel websites has showered them with many opportunities. He even recommended that many people get their websites developed by Traviyo only.
