With a professional background as a lawyer and a youthful spirit, Mr. Ranjan thought of starting a travel agency that would cater to the needs of travellers around the world.

Let's have a look at the amazing services provided by Travbroad: In the domestic sector, they provide a variety of services to B2B agents, such as hotels, transfer services, activities, cruises, etc., in the states of Himachal Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Rajasthan, and Delhi. Travbroad has even spread its wings to international countries such as the Maldives, Sri Lanka, Thailand, Dubai, Malaysia, etc.

When asked about the challenges he faced in this industry, he said that anyone can choose this industry. Whether they are complete newbies or professionals, this industry has a place for everyone. At the same time, reading the customer's behavior is a real challenge. Not only this, a few people label themselves as travel agents without any prior experience and promise false claims to people. This unethical method leaves bad imprints in people's minds, and they tend to trust travel businesses less. To solve this situation, Mr. Ranjan started a private limited company. Establishing a private limited company has its merits, as anything can be dealt with in legal manners.

Upon asking about the COVID situation, Mr. Ranjan stated that his business survived for a few reasons. He has a number of other businesses that have kept Mr. Ranjan afloat. As a startup, he did not invest much in the business as it was still in its initial stage. He mentioned that survival for the travel business during COVID times was extremely tough, and during that period, many travel businesses even liquidated

By defeating the deadly virus and depressing situation, Travbroad’s last-year bookings were around 60 to 70, which gave them a whopping turnover of 1.5 crore. To break its own record, Travbroad is aiming for 3 crore in 2023.
